ThreadWorth provides AI-assisted clothing identification and resale estimates. This policy explains what information we process when you use the service.

We may process account information, clothing or listing photos you submit, item details, prices, analysis results, purchase records, and basic technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

Photos and AI analysis

Submitted photos are processed to provide the requested analysis. ThreadWorth does not use your photos for advertising. Our infrastructure and AI service providers may process data on our behalf to operate the service.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. ThreadWorth does not store complete payment-card numbers.

How we use information

We use information to provide analyses, maintain accounts and credits, process purchases, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and improve the service.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers needed to operate ThreadWorth, when required by law, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and choices

We retain information only as reasonably needed for the purposes above. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us.
